Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

How does a Pre-Order work?

First you need to take your measurements if you dont already know what size you wear in the brand you are wanting to pre-order. Please take note if there are any sizing notes in the description of the item you are after. We will not be held responsible if you order the wrong size. To ensure this doesnt happen please see the size charts:

Then on any items that specifies:

"Available through special order only. Purchase the item as usual, the item will then be ordered for you."

This means you select which size you are wanting ordered, add it to your shopping cart & pay for the item as normal, & then we especially order the dress in for you from our suppliers.

Please Note: All stock & supplies, along with all delivery waiting periods on all special placed orders are subject to the suppliers & availability.

This means that some suppliers can have a back order on a certain product which means there could be a waiting period for the suppliers to get the dress made then send it to us. We will not know what this period is until we have placed the order for you & the supplier has informed us.

We will then email you letting you know when the supplier approximates the item will be shipped. If you are not happy with the time length on the backordered item you can cancel the order & we will refund you in full for the item purchased & the shipping fee charged.

This also means that if for some reason you order a dress & then the supplier informs us that they either no longer have the size you are after or they are no longer making that style, we will contact you to let you know &, again, refund your money in full.

We will email you once the suppliers have notified us with confirmation of the item & size, & of the estimated shipment date. We will also email you when we have shipped the item to you.
